We'll begin by welcoming guests, getting to know each other, and introducing some tidbits about how this workshop came about.
Then we'll get into the heart of the workshop, "getting our hands dirty," in every sense of the word.
We'll prepare this traditional dish from scratch, cook it, and then share a dinner with other local specialties! Everyone can then take home their creations.
